Winter is here and so is the next Fellow challenge. Over the years we have created so many different challenges with our community of women in mind. WINTER IN MOTION looks a little different, its been built to create ACCOUNTABILITY, HEALTHY HABITS, PERSONAL GOALS, and fortnightly TUESDAY CHECK INS. This challenge is based on classes attended and weekly goals met, we are not hibernating this winter, we are giving you a little winter razzle.
Over the five weeks we will work closely with you to ensure you are hitting your goals and targets, with personalized direction of training, together we will create a weekly plan of the classes that are going to build the foundation you need to reach your specific goals eg if you are wanting to build more muscle and you are predominately doing slow burn pilates we structure your weekly movement and class schedule to get you where you want to be.

β€οΈβπ₯ WEEK FOUR Connect bring a friend for FREE - code FREEMOTION. 4 sweat classes.
β€οΈβπ₯ WEEK FIVE Reflect write down positive change that you have felt within the challenge
