FORM
Strong pilates meets functional movement. A 45min class focusing on building that peach, with slightly heavier weights added to the pilates flow we all know and love, FORM is about to be every girls best friend. A seamless combination of intentional movement and FIRE.
POWER PILATES
A high vibe, high energy 45 minute sweat sesh, this is OG Fellow burn. This combination workout is the perfect mix of mat pilates and resistance cardio training. It will sculpt you, tone you and strengthen you. Get ready to pulse, sweat and have fun!
FORCE
FORCE is progressive and purpose driven. With women in mind we have designed a class to not only build a strong base but with the objective of building lean muscle mass. We know gyms and weights can be intimidating for woman, but this class is built for YOU. In this class we use, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls and bodyweight at different speeds, and loads. This class will have you looking great and feeling even better, taking your strength and aesthetic goals to the next level. NOTE - Sneakers are to be worn in this class.
SLOW BURN
A 45min pilates class to activate, sculpt, tone and BURN. Focusing on breath, alignment and the activation of muscles you didn't even know you had. Baby its slow but you will still need a sweat towel. If you are new to the mat this class is a great place to start.




FUSION
Fusion is a circuit style class where HIIT training meets Mat pilates. A Saturday session that is facilitated by 2 instructors to really get your weekend party started. Fusion brings a social Saturday vibe that brings our big Fellow community together.
Sneakers are needed for this class.
THIRD BASE
Third base is instructed in a station circuit style class.
It's fun, fast, sweaty and efficient. A seamless 45 minutes focussing on lean muscle development and cardiovascular conditioning. A combination of weights, slam balls, assault bikes and body weight movements are used within this class. TB is in a circuit format and is run in sneakers.
FLOW
FLOW is a upbeat power yoga.A vinyasa based sequence where the vibe is high and the sweat is beading. A combination of heating up and cooling down of the body. FLOW is a fun, energetic and a loud class where we bring all the yogi beats.
MUMS AND BUBS
Bubba's are SO WELCOME to ease the pressure of childcare.
'Fellow mummas' is a class designed to reconnect and strengthen your body after having your baby. Focussing on core connection, alignment and a spicy little pilates burn.
Please ensure you are at least 6 week postpartum and have had clearance to exercise.
