6 WEEK PROGRAM

I am so thrilled to release our second edition of ‘BACK TO THE MAT’ I have been so blessed to support so many of our members through the importance of pregnancy and postpartum movement. This edition we are encouraging our Mums to come along with a front holding carrier for bub so you can get the most out of our 40min class. This program is also accessible to our pregnant Fellow girlies that are finding our general mat classes becoming a little more difficult towards the end of your final trimester. BACK TO THE MAT was curated specifically to get our Mummas back on the mat postpartum feeling confident in their bodies and movement.

FEBRUARY 25TH EVERY WEDNESDAY 10.30AM - any missed classes will be credited to your account for you to book any class within our Fellow timetable.

Wednesday DATES and classes

Feb 25th - Slow burn (pelvic floor focussed)

March 4th - Slow burn (core and glute focussed)

March 11th - FORM (over all strength and mobility)

March 18th - Power pilates ( full body snippets of cardio)

March 25th - Slow burn ( full body burn)

April 1st - FORM
