I am so thrilled to release our THIRD edition of ‘BACK TO THE MAT’ I have been so blessed to support so many of our members through the importance of pregnancy and postpartum movement. This edition we are encouraging our Mums to come along with a front holding carrier for bub so you can get the most out of our 40min class. This program is also accessible to our pregnant Fellow girlies that are finding our general mat classes becoming a little more difficult towards the end of your final trimester. BACK TO THE MAT was curated specifically to get our Mummas back on the mat postpartum feeling confident in their bodies and movement.
MAY 13 TH EVERY WEDNESDAY 10.30AM - any missed classes will be credited to your account for you to book any class within our Fellow timetable.

MAY 13th - Slow burn (pelvic floor focussed)
MAY 20th - Slow burn (core and glute focussed)
MAY 27th - FORM (over all strength and mobility)
JUNE 3rd - Power pilates ( full body snippets of cardio)
JUNE 10th - Slow burn ( full body burn)
