Fellow SPRING challenge.

Nothing hits as hard as a shake up before summer, we are ready to crawl out of hibernation and get all shinny over spring.

Our Spring challenge is commencing September 8 and we are committing for 27 days. Fellow is a lifestyle, not a ‘hot minute’ - our challenges are built to support our community to MOVE, SWEAT, CONNECT and have fun. We are committed to YOU.

Each Saturday following THIRD BASE each studio will deliver a fun little treat and surprise to celebrate your achievements and goals. So girlies, book those Saturday THIRD BASE classes so you don’t miss the treats.

DUAL ACCESS : When you sign up for this challenge one of the perks is studio dual access over the duration of the challenge.

PRIZES : What would a challenge be without epic prices? Something we always deliver is epic prizes. This challenge we are announcing weekly winners, eeeeekkkk. Your hard work never goes un noticed and we are thrilled to highlight 1 winner every week.

SUNDAY 21st September - SELF CARE SUNDAY with Mimi and Stevie, a pilates and yoga fusion with some wholesome additions and surprises to replenish and refuel.

SATURDAY 4th OCTOBER- TEAM SWEAT X SIP. Our final sweat will be marked in the best way we know how, DJ HIIT class and morning mimosa sips and snacks, its very on brand and we love it.
